You probably have, because she’s on just about every company’s website that has a customer service department.
But I guarantee you that she only smiled because she was being photographed for a stock photography website. If you could only see the faces that the real customer service agent was making!
And what about the other two jokers to her right and left – also smiling? Really? Are customer service agents really that pleasant? The only reason three customers service agents would be smiling at the same time is if they were all making fun of a dumb customer while on speakerphone.
